It doesn't say it hear but one news station they said the mother was home at the time. Her comment "I was asleep and didn't know what was going on". How can you not smell a blunt being smoked in your house? My ex smoked like it was going out of style, we had a two bedroom and you could smell it every corner of every inch of space. And of course the grandma wants the babies back! I hope she doesn't get them.

Darlie Rotier IS innocent. The jury never got to see photos of the defense wounds-- immense, huge, purple bruising covering her entire forearms and her face and shoulders, wounds she could never have inflicted upon herself--fighting off the attacker. And how is it possible her husband was upstairs in bed and did not hear the shrieks and screams of his children being stabbed to death? This is how: he hired some thug to kill off his entire family,probably heard the whole thing commotion, but his wife lived, just barely, with a knife cut to her carotid neck. Now she is on death row, which is fine by him. He had a mountain of debt and some life insurance on the kids and the mother also, if I recall correctly. Wonder if he can cash in after she is executed.
